It can be hard to make the tunnel hold up with all the carts falling in, so use some extra cables if needed, and make the tunnel thinner as it goes down for extra strength. Use the anchors below to make the tunnel, then support them with a bunch of rails in the middle (see image below). From there you need to make a vertical, tunnel-like construction with solid walls on both sides. Use the anchor points to the left and right of the upper yellow portal to make a short slope that will lead the carts down to the middle of the room. On the rightmost side, you need to make a vertical tunnel of sorts the carts can fall through to reach the exit. This slope should drop them backwards into the yellow portal. Use the anchor point outside the upper blue portal and the one in the ceiling to make a long solid wall that slopes down to the lower yellow portal. In the middle you need to make a similar steep slope, but its much simpler this time. My final construction looked like a giant "2". Reference the image below if you need more help. Use the three anchor points above the acid to make a long triangle arch supported bridge leading into the lower blue portal.
Your goal is to have the carts crash into the steep vertical wall, then fall backward down the slope onto the bridge below. Using the anchor points in front of the cart spawner, start with a normal triangle arch supported bridge, then cut out the middle and build downward at a steep angle toward the acid, creating a solid wall. Starting on the left side, you need to make a vertical bridge the carts can fall down to reach the path below, then a horizontal bridge they can ride into the light blue portal.
